My game keeps crashing was created by wubbalunadubdub
Whenever I try to beat the second member of the concil my game closes, and sometimes when I'm normally playing, like in the dimensions. My device is an Ipod 5 and the ios is updated in the last version (the last version that the device supports, that is not the last one that was released, it's the version 9.3.5). I don't know what to do! I only needed like 5 medals to beat him and I already have 11, his mortys are level 12 and I already have mortys in the level 23!!! Please help

Hi wubbalunadubdub. The software seems to not have any problem that may cause crashing. What I'd recommend you to do is the following:
Clean cache files from your browser, youtube & other applications that may be using some space of your phone's memory that might be needed for Pocket Mortys.
Close any other application that's not necessary when playing Pocket Mortys (RAM issues can be happening as well).
If you do this 2 easy steps and you're still having an issue, feel free to contact me and leave a screenshot if possible.
Best regards from SuperUnicornMorty ~~~

I deleted a loooot of stuff and the game still craches when I try to beat the member of the concil any other advice? Should I delet more stuff? The screenshot would be useless because it´s like, I just enter in the concil room, talk to the Rick, and then when it was supposed to star the battle, it just gets all black and the app closes

Well then get your shit together, get it all together and put it in a back pack, all your shit, so it's together. And if you gotta take it some where, take it somewhere, you know...

Make sure that you have the most current version of Pocket Morty's installed via Apple's store. Since you are in campaign mode, not multiplayer... and since you are on an iphone, it's safe to assume that it's not any sort of server issue. Campaign mode is local to your device with the exception of when you save to a cloud, so it has to be something wrong with your phone itself... either the iOS is corrupt or the Pocket Mortys game is corrupt or you have something else running in the background causing the issue.
It's unlikely but possible that its crashing when it tries to auto save, but it shouldn't auto-save when you first enter the council... only when the battle is complete. So, I don't think it's an issue of the game trying to save itself. Otherwise, I'd suggest trying it over wifi with cellular data turned off or the opposite (data, with wifi turned off). But, in this case, I don't think that would make a difference. Something to try, I guess, but I'd be surprised if it mattered.
All I can think to recommend is a process of elimination. Does it crash after a phone restart? Does it crash if plugged in and charging? If you can find some variation where it doesn't crash, it would be easier to trouble shoot the problem. Have you done anything to the phone? Did you buy it from an authorized dealer? Was it "jail-broken?" Has it been modified in any way? Try booting in safe-mode: hold down the power button and home button to reboot. Once you get the apple start-up screen, hold the volume-up button in until it boots. If you haven't tried a hard reset, do that first... i.e. shut down using power and home buttons and allow to restart normally.
