I have a question about the Mortaion Morty

So it’s supposed to be female, right? I’m asking because the gender thing is the male one. I’m kind of confused. Is this a minor mistake?

It might be, but then again in today’s time. With all the “shit” in the news, maybe it’s female but identifies as male. We’ll never know, Mortys are notorious for their low toaster like IQ

Fun fact: until now there are only 2 female mortys in the game (girl morty and morticia) if you see mortaion's description it will be this: ''This Morty comes from a mysterious race of beautiful space sirens who all happen to look like Morty'' remember some mortys come from dimensions where everybody in there are an X character (like eric stoltz morty) so i think mortaion is just a male morty with a female body, in conclusion is pointless to think in the gender when already exist a pankake morty, stool morty cup morty etc.
