Game keeps crashing

Game keeps crashing was created by Neoxxity
My game keeps crashing when I do one of the following things:
-Going into the item menu mid fight in campaign
-Going to the switch menu mid fight in campaign
- running away mid fight in campaign.
-clicking on campaign in the main menu
Sometimes it's just stuck in the loading screen before the main menu.

My phone is Samsung galaxy A71 and I have 57 GB memory left. What should I do to fix this problem?
