Game lost save, reverted back to before purchase

I spent money on this game and the day after all my progress was wiped. Even after logging back into my account my progress was gone with no way of getting it back. I want my progress back or i want a refund. I have proof of purchasing the Blitz and Chitz coupons via my bank statements, i used 5 of the 15 i bought.
