Game lost save, reverted back to before purchase

1st off: I love this app
After the winter update, I logged in to find 2 saves that are exactly the same (usually have 3 different saves). The few mortys I still have are from before I reached lvl 10, I had collected Morticia, crazy cat morty, and egg morty recently, all my purchases are gone: the tickets I bought, the items and mortys I got from using two of those tickets.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same two old identical saves are the only choices.
I'd love to e able to recover everything but if that isn't possible I would like a refund. I have proof of purchase as shown on my bank statement which I can provide you via private email. Please help.
