Please help

Hey I have just lost all of my multiplayer data, my username was Eli10bom and I was i believe level 19 or 20, my game was glitching so I had to reinstall it, but when I did, I lost all of my multiplayer data and when I go to play multiplayer I have to make a new account, please is there any chance I can get my data back?

Look, I had this problem yesterday as well, where I uninstalled the game and when i reinstalled it and went to multiplayer my progress had saved but the game started glitching and then I decided to uninstall it and reinstall it and wait a day to see if it all sorts itself out, now i have lost everything, please is there any chance I can get all of my stuff back, I spent hours grinding multiplayer for this please?

In addition, i had definitely spent some club rick credits on the game as well.

I was just wondering whether my account, Eli10bom still existed within the game, and if there is any chance i could recover it?
