Cloud Sync-In app purchase Problems...

So i had a multiplayer save on my account named zapperOG, i had to reset my phone (xiaomi mi 9) cuz i wanted a fresh android install, then the game wouldnt sync my multiplayer profile and when i pressed multiplayer it lead me to put a username for a NEW multiplayer profile, so i did it. I made some good progress on this profile ZAPPER9GAMES and i wanted to play on my other phone (Oneplus 3T) and guess what the game loaded with my first profile zapperOG so i went in settings and i deleted the multiplayer save because i had made more progress on ZAPPER9GAMES, now keep in mind that even though im signed in with google play games on my mi 9 my profile ZAPPER9GAMES is only available on my mi 9, furthermore i wanted to put some money into the game so i purchased 5 tickets from the shop and guess what I DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING. I have contacted support 3 times for the three different things i will update you guys on reddit as soon as i get an answer
