my pocket mortys app wont open...

like it gives me the loading morty and then takes me to the title screen, and it has the data like how many schmeckles i have, then when i hit play i get the loading morty for a few seconds then it just loads up blackness. theres nothing there. is anyone else having this problem? I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but no luck.

I have a galaxy, for what it's worth. But, you know, not the kind that catches on fire. an older one.

I did , but they haven't answered yet. I guess I just have to be patient, lol. Thanks anyway :)

So.. I was just about to open the game, and it brings the logo, then this blueprint screen. Does it have to do with the app or just my device? A similar glitch occurs in other games too! Some interfaces won't show buttons, and idk how to fix it. I do not want to get a new Computer, since I have so much progress! If you know how to help please tell me.
