Android game

So I used to have the game working on my Android devices but it seems after the last update none of them will finish installing and I'm not really sure what to do I sent a message to customer support and they said it wasn't compatible only reason that confused me is they've basically said that to me anytime I've had a problem for example: on my iPhone during the last raid I was stuck on the screen waiting for opponent in multiple times and when I sent them a message about that they also said my device wasn't compatible so I'm having issues instantly believing that everything is a compatible even one the one that was playing it on they said that
