Minuses 30 hp from an enemy. Only useful for training on low level or when you're super close to knocking something out. Or I suppose getting something closer to red to catch.

yes, vape rockets are VERY very useful for training and especially catching. trying to use it like a meeseeks box would be a mistake and anyone who tries that would think it sucks, except for in like level 1 lobbies where it'll 1-shot most mortys
