Does anyone seen this thing spawn in wild?. Or hes just like Christmas spirit Mortys . Is he kinda of exclusive or pay to play morty? Its weird cuz i already catch 14 eggs but i never seen this guy

He and the newest doesnt appear, same here got a ton of eggs/exotics just from GF mortanic, even send a message to the developers about this but they just say he actually appear...
Lost all, gotta get it back again.
