Ghost rick in Rick bathroom of Morty games...

If you go into the Rick bathroom, where birdperson is when you lose in the games, in the bottom right corner of the bathroom there is a polaroid of a Morty. When you approach it and press A, a "ghost rick" appears holding the photograph and says something like "I wont stop searching for you Morty".
Does anyone know what this is? I went in there w a ghost Morty in my party and approached the photo but nothing happened except the usual. Isi it a quest? do you have to complete the games? is it connected to that in some way. If anyone has encountered this and knows what it is please feel free to reply.

its just there for the main part but something would probably be added to give it a purpose
