What level is your one true morty, and if higher than level 5 how did it get to that level?

Does anyone use the speed debuff with pale in multiplayer matches?
When is it applicable

Atg_3d Speed buff/debuff doesnt work in multiplayer like for example your morty speed is 10 the enemy is 11 if you use even a strong buff/debuff speed the enemy will still being first at attacking so is not worth youre just giving a free turn, for that morty you say i would recommend the next attacks: Cutting gaze, claws out, Traumatize and Abduct, but actually the best recommendation is to use a better scissor type like cop morty or hunter morty (this last has a 10 AP strong accuracy debuff and also can paralyze), but anyway good luck with your morty.
