Isn't my save connected to a cloud ?

Hello there everybody,
So I hadn't played pocket Morty's since the OG no patch version and i just started back up yesterday. I was excited to see that all my OG Morty's were still saved as well as their stats and whatnot. I started a multiplayer file to check it out and was pumped to have my OTM as well as my other favorites from the jump. My phone was running slow and the game kept crashing so I factory reset my phone and redownloaded pocket Morty's . When I connected to my Google account none of my saves were there. I'm confused as to how this happened since I just played this yesterday and it was on the cloud. Don't things stay on the cloud for virtually forever? Is there anyway to get my 100 badge account back ? I was pumped to start playing again and now I'm sad my countless hours of playtime are gone. Please help meeeeeeee!
