I have heard a lot of users losing their data after updating their game. It's not the best solution but it may be the only solution. Contact Support within the game and explain your issue. (I have luckily not had this issue) They will most likely respond by apologizing and telling you that you are going to have to make a new account BUT! you will be able to choose 3 mortys to start off with (choose wisely as many of you may want a One True Morty). Sorry to those of you who lost your data!
