Q. Does the game have controller support?

A. No, at this time the game does not support controllers.

Q. I’m getting a “Device not compatible” error message in Google Play Store, even though my device should be supported.

A.We're aware of an issue where some people get a "Device not compatible" error message in the Google Play Store when trying to download Pocket Mortys, even though Pocket Mortys should support the phone. Google is currently investigating this issue with Google Play Store.

As a temporary workaround, Google suggests clearing Google Play Store's data from your phone and then trying to install Pocket Mortys. To do this, go to Settings> Application Manager> All> Google Play Store> Clear data. Then restart your phone.

Q. There are no sound effects or music on my iPhone or iPad device. Help!

A. Check the ring/mute switch or your device volume. Additionally, the music/SFX volumes can be found in the game’s settings.

Q. How do I save?

A. The game autosaves locally as you play. Alternatively, you can save your game to the cloud by accessing Settings -> Save to Cloud. This is where you can also restore your data if it is deleted, or load it onto another device running the same OS.

Q. I deleted the app! Can I get back my data?

A. As of version 1.6, all data is automatically saved to the cloud, so redownloading the app and logging into your account should automatically restore all previous data.

Q. I accidentally released Egg Morty / The One True Morty, can I get him back?

A. No.

Q. Do I get anything special for defeating all the trainers in a dimension?

A. No.

Q. How do I catch rare Mortys?

A. Each dimension will spawn no more than one "Rare" Morty. You can view which Mortys are considered Rare here.

Q. If all my Mortys are defeated in battle, what happens? Do I lose anything?

A. If all your Mortys are defeated, don't worry! Bird Person will take you back to the Citadel of Ricks and you won't lose anything.

Q. How do I catch Sun Morty / Black Hole Morty? It keeps using Implode!

A. You can try using a Morty Manipulator Chip immediately for a low chance of capture, or you can use a Morty that has a Paralyzing attack (like Pepperoni Pizza Morty's "Gooey Cheese" attack). Paralyzing a Sun Morty / Black Hole Morty will reduce the chance it's able to successfully Implode.

Q. I recently updated the game and now I've lost my save data / the game is only showing older saves. What do I do?

A. Prior to update 1.10.5, loss of game save data could occur if you disabled Google Play on your Android device, yet continued to play the game locally. This has since been fixed, but unfortunately if this happened to you there is no way to recover the data. As a result, any player who played the game before April 3rd, 2017, downloaded game update 1.10 on April 3rd or 4th, 2017, and played the game before release of 1.10.5 on Tuesday afternoon will be given 5 Blitz and Chips coupons the next time they open Pocket Mortys. All Mortys in the column will disappear. If you have two Mortys in the column on the blend screen, then you have three all together. The first one you select is what the remaining 1/2/3/etc. get blended into.

my pocket Morty's game has multiple saves how do I delete the extra I keep getting an error that says to choose a file and the other will be deleted but when I choose the file nothing happens and I get sent back to the same menu basically I'm getting stuck in the loop and I can't delete them

When i log i to multiplayer there is no other players whatsoever. Not even bots. Im level 8. Is it a bug or something? Campaign works fine.

Everytime i boot yp the game it tells me to pick a save. Which ever save i click it loads and brings me back to pick a save menu. I have uninstalled/cleared data and nothing works. What can i fo to fix this?

Hi, I had to reboot my android phone to factory settings, I have pocket mortys version 2.0+ and google play games service app. when reinstalling both. google play games does show my current status as before, but pocket mortys just shows as if I had started to play the game from scratch. this ( I deleted the app! Can I get back my data?

A. As of version 1.6, all data is automatically saved to the cloud, so redownloading the app and logging into your account should automatically restore all previous data. ) says its saved on the cloud, pocket mortys only shows two options to delete campaign and multiplayer data but not to choose from save data to phone or to cloud. so I guess was backed up in the cloud before I had restored my phone. how can I get my pocket mortys data back?

I'm wondering what the blue bar is under the exp bar in multi-player mode I have it completely maxed but have no idea what it does

XP Multiplier. The fuller the bar, the faster you grow to the next player level (awarded more player XP points for each fight against another trainer... no points for wild Mortys). When you go to the clinic to be healed, it resets. When you win a fight, you gain a bar.

So I am playing this game for a while in ipad, and wanted to play it on a new android system. Thing is i dont have the option to save it on cloud or anykind of save. Already tried by the game center but when opened on the android device, its connected toPlay Store and force me to create a new acc.

Any advice/solution?

There's no way to transfer from apple's cloud to google play.. they are segregated. Start over and transfer your Morty's in multiplayer to the new acct.
