Bootcamp or Regular level-ups?

Help!I really don't know which is better though. I've figured out that you'll get more HP from a Morty by regular training but I haven't figured out if the Bootcamp is worth it. I really need help. I haven't touched the bootcamp since I played the game. I'm scared that it might add unnecessary deductions to the stats of my Mortys. Level up mega seeds are not worth it, trust me. It's the bootcamp I'm worried about.
