What I want to know is why my mortys are losing terribly to the weak type it's fighting. Rock beats scissors, paper beats rock, and scissors beats paper. Why is it that even lower leveled mortys are beating my higher leveled/stronger than mortys? I have lost battle after battle against trainers when my mortys are 2-4 levels higher than what im fighting. Now even including that the type is stronger than what im facing. You guys have some shit to fix because this is [censored]ing bullshit. I've used potions. I've used seeds to upgrade my mortys. I've done just about everything I can to test reasons why it's happening and it doesn't make any [censored]ing sense. Another thing. My attacks miss constantly. For no reason, other than to [censored]ing piss me off more than I'm already pissed.

Fix your [censored]ing game.

Hi, I went to redownload pocket morty's only to be stuck on the page for selecting a save file. There are two save files of the same thing i have no recollection making, with no way to get past it. If I click on one of those said files, it redirects me back to the same screen after 5 seconds. Please help me sort this out please and thank you.

There is some myth that if you use your same google account you could transfer!

However, 99% of the players have multi account, which is very good idea!!

iOS is different from google-play. There is a google-play for iphone app, but it is no longer supported due to lack of interest.

Aidan, you should be able to just log into your apple store and associated game cloud storage on either Apple device. I have an iphone, but that's my only Apple mobile device, so I haven't tried this myself. If you run into problems, I can only offer to help you trouble shoot by searching for answers online. FWIW, I am running the same exact account on two Android devices, so it's designed to be used that way and I'm fairly confident that Apple gives the same option; at the very least, you should be able to transfer. If you can't, let me know, and I'll investigate further.

I agree with kestox that it's helpful to have more than one account when you have multiple devices... but, it depends on how much free time you have. That may also be more difficult with the Apple store... with Google, you can have as many play accounts as you have google email addresses (i.e. unlimited). I've never tried to set up a second Apple account so I'm not sure if that's even an option.

Yes, but you need to aply an acount tô the iPad, and then you instal pocket mortys on your iPhone and aply the same acount you put on the iPad.

I was recently helped by someone named Adam Hatch from support. He had me do a few things to try and recover my account but it didn't work. He said he could refund the money we spent on the game if we gave the email () and also the GPA (GPA.3385-4686-4431-40978). It's been several weeks since his last response, and we've been trying to email once a week. We don't even need the money back into the account, if you could at least give the in-game credit back to us we would be fine. You can see that the account linked to our gmail account has been reset to the very beginning. We might only have a few mins played. Just waiting and hoping to get our in-game money spent returned or placed back into the game. Love the game! Will to start over.
