Hi,

I was recently helped by someone named Adam Hatch from support. He had me do a few things to try and recover my account but it didn't work. He said he could refund the money we spent on the game if we gave the email () and also the GPA (GPA.3385-4686-4431-40978). It's been several weeks since his last response, and we've been trying to email once a week. We don't even need the money back into the account, if you could at least give the in-game credit back to us we would be fine. You can see that the account linked to our gmail account has been reset to the very beginning. We might only have a few mins played. Just waiting and hoping to get our in-game money spent returned or placed back into the game. Love the game! Will to start over.
